Richard L. "Rick" Breeze (1964 - 2013)

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we say goodbye
to our Brother, dear Friend, Firefighter, EMT, and Former Fire Chief Rick Breeze.
We are indebted to your service as our Fire Chief from 2008-2012 and
Deputy Chief for 2 years. Rick was also the Top Responder in 1989, a M.V.F.C. life member, and had a lifetime of volunteer service to the Frederick County community.

We are grateful for our connection to a life that was lived with integrity,  values, and devotion.  And we will remember Rick with love. We will miss you Brother.
